DiMillo’s Old Port Marina is located in the heart of Portland’s Old Port. We are a two minute walk to 75 bars and restaurants, fresh meats and produce for provisioning, discount marine supplies, cultural activities, and great shopping. Also at the marina, you can enjoy a great meal aboard DiMillo’s On the Water and consider a new or used boat purchase at DiMillo’s Yacht Sales. DiMillo’s Yacht Sales is based at DiMillo’s Old Port Marina which can accommodate 125 yachts in slips with lengths up to 250 ft and offer full service marina accommodations, fuel, overnight transient slips. Recently, 450 ft of new service dock space was acquired to meet the growing demands of our clientele.

Fresh Water – Accessible at each slip May 1st to November 1st at no additional charge

Sewer – Pumpout available at the Fuel Dock, 24/7.  $5 tokens are available at the marina office or fuel house

Vehicle Parking – See the marina staff for an on-site parking permit valid only during the boat’s stay.

Ship Store – Beer, Wine, Ice, Gifts, Clothing, Snacks & Convenience Items

Service Department – Contact our on-site Service Department to schedule your repair or maintenance visit.

Package & Mail Delivery – We can accept packages & provisioning for your boat.  Please note the boat name.

FuelMaster Prokee – 10 cents off per gallon of fuel purchased on your key, 24hr access, billed monthly on account

 

Fuel— DiMillo’s is proud to offer ValvTect treated marine fuel at our gas and diesel pumps. We accept cash, charge & wire transfers. Pumps are 24/7 with a credit card and have an attendant present 8am – 8pm during boating season. Please contact the marina office for year-round fuel keys, discounted rates on volume purchases, or if you require a truck delivery.

Packages — Given advanced notice, we will gladly accept packages here at the marina office.  Our address works for US Postal Service, Federal Express & UPS.  When having a package sent to the marina, please mark it with your name, boat name & your arrival date.  We will not accept unidentifiable packages.  If you would like to ship packages, we are an authorized UPS shipping station. The marina store also carries letter and postcard stamps.

Faxes/Copies — Our faxing capabilities are available to you during marina office hours.  We gladly accept and send domestic faxes at no charge to our guests.  As with packages, please have documents clearly marked with your name, boat name & arrival date.

Laundry Service — We do have a laundry service available to our guests.  In most cases, depending on the type of laundry and/or dry cleaning; items dropped off at the marina office before 8:30 A.M., will be returned by 6:00 P.M. the same day. There are coin operated washers & dryers on-site.

Pump-Out Station — Our pump-out station is located at the fuel dock and is open during business hours.  Purchase tokens in advance for self service, 24-hours a day.  Pump out tokens are $5 and may be purchased in the office or fuel store.

Showers/Heads— Marina guests have 24-hour access to our private heads/shower facilities.  Please see the marina office for the access codes and locations.

Waste Oil — Our waste oil dispenser is available for your use during the marina hours.  The charge is $5 per gallon of waste oil disposed.  Please see a member of the marina staff for assistance with the oil dispenser.  Do not leave pails or drums of used oil on the docks or anywhere on property.

Trash — The trash receptacle is located inside the fenced area adjacent to the marina office. There is also a single-sort recycling bin for bottles, glass, cardboard and paper.. Please do not leave any trash on the docks. A dockhand will be happy to take it for you at any time during your stay.

Parking — Overnight parking for one vehicle per slip is available at our facility; however you must obtain a pass from the marina office.  Any vehicle without a permit will be charged the full nightly rate.  Guest parking is available at a discounted rate.

Clean Marina Program

DiMillo’s Old Port Marina is proud to be a member of the Clean Boatyards & Marinas Program. Please adhere to our green initiatives and follow the following guidelines.

  • All hazardous spills must be reported. Responsible parties must notify the marina and will be held accountable for any fines and resulting fees from labor or supplies for clean-up.
  • All contractors must check-in with the marina office and sign a pledge to adhere to Clean Marina’s guidelines. Contractors are also required to show proof of insurance prior to work on our property.

Dock space is limited, please note the following:

  • A deposit of one night’s dockage will be charged at the time the reservation is made. Requests for specific slips cannot be guaranteed as slip assignments are not determined until your arrival date.
  • We will try our best to keep you in one slip, but it may be necessary to move you during your stay.
  • CHECK-IN: After 2:00 PM. Early arrivals are subject to availability.
  • CHECK-OUT: No later than 11:00 AM.  Late Departures will be subject to a temporary dockage fee and are based on availability. You must check in and out with the marina office.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations for vessels under 54’ may be cancelled 7 days prior to your arrival date with no penalty. Deposits will NOT be refunded to vessels under 59’ canceling within 7 days of the arrival date but may be used on a future visit within one year. Changes may be made to your reservation up to 48 hours prior to your original arrival date.*

Reservations for vessels over 55′ may be cancelled 14 days prior to your arrival date with no penalty. Deposits will NOT be refunded to vessels over 60’ canceling within 14 days of the arrival date but may be used on a future visit within one year. Changes may be made to your reservation up to 48 hours prior to your original arrival date (subject to availability).*

*ANY CANCELLATION MADE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR RESERVATION IS NON-REFUNDABLE. THIS INCLUDES EARLIER THAN SCHEDULED DEPARTURES ON VESSELS OVER 40′. Cancellations due to weather will be determined at the marina’s discretion. Administrative fees may apply.

2026 Tenant Rates Additional charge for dinghies. All dinghies 10’ or larger OR any dinghy that does not fit in the assigned boat owner’s slip will be charged.
Payment due in FULL February 15th.

Winter Rates (35’ minimum)

(October 15th – April 15th)

$95 per foot for the season; paid in full prior to arrival. 
*Long term rates require a contract, proof of insurance and a current credit card on file.

Electricity – Metered and charged per kilowatt hour, billed monthly. All tenants must have a card on file.

Water – No charge. Service is shut off on November 1st. After that date you may choose to run an underwater hose and hook into the system set up by the live-aboard tenants for the winter.

Departure – Winter storage ends on April 15th. Vessels remaining in the marina will be charged per foot per day, depending on the size. In order to ensure proper billing, the marina office must be notified at the time of departure.

Amenities & Dockside Utilities

  • Gated Facility with 24/7 access to private heads and on-site or serviced laundry.
  • Electricity – One 30amp connection is included in the Slip Fee.
    Vessels requiring an additional 30amp or a single 50amp cord must pay a $250 Surcharge per contract.
  • Cable Television – 60 Cable Channels are included.
  • Fresh Water – Accessible at each slip May 1 to November 1st.
  • Sewer – Pumpout available at Fuel Dock, 24/7 (token operated May 1st – Nov 1st). $5 tokens are available the marina store or fuel office.
  • Internet – Wireless Connectivity available throughout on the property. 
  • Vehicle Parking – One parking card comes with the slip. Additional parking cards can be purchased directly through the parking company. Please see Unified Parking at the gatehouse for additional cards, information and pricing.
  • FuelMaster Prokee – 10 cents off per gallon of fuel purchased on your key, 24/7 access, billed monthly on account.
  • House Charge (except beer/wine/tobacco).
  • 25% Discount on clothing in the DiMillo’s Marina Store.

Clean Marina Program

Maine Clean Boatyards & MarinasDiMillo’s Old Port Marina is proud to be a member of the Clean Boatyards & Marinas Program. Please adhere to our green initiatives and follow the following guidelines.

  • It is against the law to dispose of any hazardous materials in the water. Hazardous materials include, but are not limited to: Gasoline, diesel, motor oil, hydraulic fluid, fuel & oil filters, sanding dust, paint, varnish, sealers, sewage, batteries, lacquer thinner, acetone & mineral spirits.

DiMillo’s has provided single-sort recycling adjacent to the dumpster facilities. Please see the marina office for a complete list of options. There are dumpster facilities for your remaining debris inside the fenced area along Long Wharf. Disposal for used waste oil is available for $5/gallon, please see the service department for inspection and access.
