We have the pleasure and security of knowing that when we sell our clients a Back Cove yacht there is an amazing group of customer service reps ready to help with all of the new owners needs before, during and after the purchase. Whether it be providing parts or information about the yachts’ mechanics, the team’s knowledge is relied on by us as dealers as much as the boat owners themselves.
The team consists of Jay Bridgforth, Israel Novak & Jennifer Porter. Between them, they have over 10 years of experience in the Back Cove customer service department. What makes this team so special is not only their knowledge and skills, but also how much pride they take in their job. When asked the question “what would you say is the best part of your job”, they all answered in similar fashion…Jay responded with “The best part of my job is hearing compliments from our dealer network and owners about how happy they are with the excellent customer service they have received from Jen or Israel.” “Providing service to our customers and representing Back Cove throughout,” Israel said proudly. And Jennifer added “Hearing our owners rave about how wonderful our boats are!”
