Meet Jordan- The Customer Relations Specialist at our Portland, Maine location.
Jordan was born and raised in Connecticut. After college and traveling around the country, she moved to Maine in 2011. She immediately fell in love with this quaint, seaside city and couldn’t see herself living anywhere else! Jordan started her career in Maine as a legal assistant at an elder law firm in Portland, drafting estate planning documents and assisting with probating estates. When the attorney she was working with retired, Jordan took the opportunity to jump into a new, exciting career!
Jordan started at DiMillo’s in early 2018 as the Administrative Assistant and Sales Support with minimal boating knowledge. Being a part of this fast paced world of boating, she quickly gained a lot of knowledge and moved into her current role as customer relations specialist. Within this role she talks with our amazing clients and obtains feedback on their sales and service experience at DiMillo’s. In addition, Jordan keeps track of our stock and retail inventory, coordinates boat shows and events, manages the DiMillo’s website and social media, and assists the brokers with their sales. She enjoys getting to know the client’s that make up the DiMillo’s family, and being able to provide the DiMillo’s Experience whenever possible!
