The DiMillo’s Yacht Sales facility in Freeport, Maine is not only a sales office, but also a fully functioning, modern service facility and yard that was newly built in 2018. The facility is used for many purposes year-round, including commissioning new boats from the Sabre and Back Cove factories, bottom painting, waxing, and general maintenance for boats on the hard. Come wintertime, the 12,000 square foot facility houses about 15 boats for indoor, heated storage. In addition to indoor storage, our outdoor space can accommodate 20-30 boats. The boats being stored outside are shrink wrapped and safely secured in a gated area. The DiMillo’s service team works full time, year round and are on hand to check on all the boats throughout the winter and complete routine maintenance, or any custom job that clients request. Having this building has made it possible to service our client’s vessels year round and to offer a safe storage space. With cold weather creeping up on us here in Maine, boats are starting to fill inside and out of the Freeport building.
