DiMillo’s Spot Bonus Program- Veronica!

Veronica is being recognized for her excellent attitude, focus, independence and speed while prepping a Sabre 45’s hull for paint.  Veronica has been with us for less than a year and she is new to the industry.  Until recently, Veronica, has been performing many of her tasks with a partner.  This Sabre 45 job was one of her first opportunities to demonstrate her independence and the skills she has acquired.  The Sabre 45 was prominently displayed at a very busy neighboring boatyard, where Veronica’s workmanship was conspicuous.  Not only did she get the job done, she did in record time with an excellent attitude.  Veronica’s coworker noticed many people throughout the day take a few moments to stop and admire the special brand we represent, but to also observe Veronica’s pace, efficiency and enthusiasm.  Her effort was inspirational.  Great work, Veronica, we are lucky to have you.
