Today the DiMillo’s team handed over this 2026 Sabre 51 Salon Express, Sabre’s newest model. The new 51 SE model features increased volume, modernized amenities, and improved layouts. Standardized with twin 600-hp Volvo Penta D6-IPS800s. Developed after 15 years and 200 units of the 48 – we’re excited to see our first 51 out the door.

We offer a 2-day training on every aspect of your new vessel with special and personalized touches customized for each boat owner. Our in house Captain and representatives from Volvo Penta will make sure you have full confidence behind the helm.
