Read what Boats.com wrote upon the model’s introduction. “Back Cove Yachts is a relative youngster in the marine industry. Yet in that short time, its models have been turning heads in ports around the country, and the brand has garnered a lot of respect among serious cruisers. The reason, many believe, is that Back Cove builds to a singular mission: create boats with classic lines that are elegant in their simplicity. Essentially, they are low-maintenance and easy to operate, so as to maximize the time an owner can get off the dock and really use the boat. This philosophy has resonated through all the models in the builder’s line, which includes cruising boats from 30 to 37 feet, and culminates in Back Cove’s flagship, the 41.”

Vessel Overview & Walkthrough
The Back Cove 41 is the largest Back Cove to date and this vessel is equipped with the optional and highest horsepower Volvo D11 725hp diesel engine option. "Wynnewood" features variable speed fore and aft stern thrusters with the easy-dock function which make maneuvering a breeze.
The vessel exterior offers ample deck space forward which includes a large foredeck, anchor locker space, and windlass. The windlass can be controlled via foot pedals at the bow or while at the helm. Moving aft, you will feel extremely secure with the many rails and handholds found close-at-hand. Stepping into the large cockpit from the wide side decks, it is easy to see why the Back Cove 41 has quickly become a popular vessel in the modern downeast segment. Ample storage under the seating areas as well as lots of open space allow for a versatile work/entertainment platform. Overhead is a retractable Sureshade for use when the sun heats up. Her large, centerline transom door allows for quick access onto the wide swim platform.
Stepping into the main salon through the large bi-fold door in the cockpit, you are greeted with ample comfortable seating to starboard and a large galley with a lots of space to port. The seating in the salon can either be a traditional dinette or used as a U-shaped settee around the table, depending on how the split tables are arranged. Moving forward of the galley, there is a comfortable size L-settee which is opposite of the dual Llebroc adjustable helm chairs with the recognizable Back Cove Yachts logo. A huge locker is below the helm sole and allows for storage of a lot gear and larger items which can traditionally be a challenge to store aboard a boat.
Stepping down a few additional steps brings you to the lower level of the interior. The Guest stateroom that offers comfort in spades and lots of storage throughout is to port. The roomy day head is just forward to Port. Opposite to starboard is the Owner’s head with separate stall shower. Moving a bit further forward brings you into the Owner stateroom which offers an island queen berth with easy access from either side, and a huge storage area below. A custom Portland Mattress Makers mattress will ensure quality rest after a fun day on the water! Here again storage abounds in hanging locker space, smaller lockers, and various drawers.
