MAIN SALON & INTERIOR    

Install old style mate's seat back and cushions    

Increase two std main salon armrests another 4" in height on both settees. 

Install a removeable fiddle on forward end of nav desk the same length and location as hinge on fwd end of cover.  Add another removeable fiddle between the chart and TV covers 32" length.  Install brass grommets for the fiddle hole inserts.  Fiddle should end at the end of the nav desk cover Custom overhead cherry handrail in salon running all the way forward between the two standard hatches (not getting sun roof)

Install cherry "glove box" on angled upholstered portion all the way to port with 12V and 110V outlets

Custom cabinet area behind Stidd.  Delete bottle locker behind seat.  Stidd pedestal to higher model.  Move Stidd 5" aft.  Cabinet to have icemaker, drawer over icemaker possibly 3" tall.  Cherry fiddles on edges, not on surface top.

Increase overall width of OceanAir blinds in main salon side windows and add a valance over the shade top.  Point of additional width is to hide blind behind the aft double wall Create screen insert for aft power window, cherry frame, fits with window in half open position

Master Stateroom & Head    

Accord shades in two master ports    

Add shelf in master head wet locker, hold shelf 3" from door    

Corian counter and Corian sink in master head in lieu of cherry, alla CC20. Sink to be oval in shape and as large as possible to accommodate faucet installed at 10 o'clock location of sink.  Counter top edge to match standard guest style counter edge, with radius and radius grabrail beneath. Low profile faucet polished chrome with pop-up drain plug.  Drop outboard cabinet to counter top (as long as faucet fits).  Cabinet opening to have two opening doors similar to cabinets doors below counter.  Stack light switch and 110V outlet on aft bulkhead so electrical boxes in back are still in the closet. Add a second 110V outlet inside of cabinet.  Install AC vent between the cabinet door and the shower wall behind the faucet 

Install one Turbo Hella fan, location TBD

Guest Stateroom & Head     Shelf inside head wet locker (can be acrylic or starboard) sitting on molded notch. Bring shelf all the way to the opening.

Delete the coat hooks. Ala CC009 Install Turbo Hella Fan Exterior      

Swim ladder mounted on side of swim platform near transom door   

Add two 12" stern cleats on coaming cap behind cockpit seat backrest, one on either side of the center rail stachion.

Utility Room       Install a tee into the galley and master cabin air conditioning supply and duct into the utility space with the ability to close off.

Prep for future watermaker to be mounted in ulity space with 3/4" seacock, just starbaord of washer and dyer units on the aft bulkhead, dedicated 220VAC prewire.  Provide fresh water supply to and from the fresh water tank and discharge line for servicing.
