Accommodations

Guest stateroom/office

Located off the midship passageway to starboard.  The settee converts to a double bed.  There is a desk, hanging locker book shelves and ample drawer storage.  Two screened opening ports provide light and ventilation.  A pullman bed folds down for an additional bunk. On the aft bulkhead is a watertight door with safety viewing port for easy access to the engine room.  This is in addition to the usual hatch/laddered access in the saloon sole.

Head

Located across from the guest stateroom is the head with separate shower. Designed for easy cleaning, the head compartment is molded fiberglass and spacious.A Sea Land Vacu-flush toilet with status panel is included.

Galley

The open faced U-shaped galley is forward of the salon on the starboard side.  It has generous drawer and locker storage both above and below the custom Corian counter. There is a screened opening port above the stove providing extra light and excellent ventilation while cooking.

Salon

The saloon is entered through a double water tight aluminum door with windows from the fully covered aft deck. The white powder coat is in perfect condition. To starboard is a large L-shaped settee and a custom fold out table with hi-low base.  Forward is the entertainment center with a flat screen TV. To port are two comfortable leather Stressless recliners.  There are large opening windows to port and starboard and an opening window in the aft bulkhead all with screens. The beautiful teak parquet floor continues through the entire boat.

KK Construction

Hull and superstructure molds from high-grade female tooling.

Hull construction includes use of USA-made Cook® gel coat.  Hand-laid Kyntex® fiberglass construction with closed-cell PVC sandwich core used in topsides.  Solid fiberglass below waterline with blister-resistant vinylester resin utilized on first two laminates below waterline.  Impact resistant aramid/FRP reinforced stem and stern bottom areas, same material that is known as Kevlar.  Massive stringer system provides high strength but lower weight.

Superstructure includes end-grain balsa core and Kyntex® surface mats for print-through reduction.

Well maintained aft teak deck.  Boat and fore decks have GripTex® non-skid finish.  Bulwark has molded plank lines with gel coat finish.

Polyurethane formulate marine sealants used at hull-to-deck, boat deck and exterior fittings.

Marine-grade plywood bulkheads with molded fiberglass hat section stringers.
