DiMillo’s Yacht Sales is a professional yacht dealership and brokerage firm with five locations stretching along the east coast including Freeport and Portland, Maine; Glen Cove, New York and West River and Oxford, Maryland. DiMillo’s has been providing yacht sales expertise since 1998, with over two hundred years of combined broker experience, now representing new yachts from Sabre, Back Cove, MJM & Tiara Yachts.

In addition to new and pre-owned yacht sales, DiMillo’s is proud to have a full time, year-round service team that focuses efforts on their new and brokerage buyers. The service team’s capabilities include all aspects of commissioning new vessels, yacht repair and in-house captain services.

Services

Fuel – DiMillo’s is proud to offer ValvTect treated marine fuel at our gas and diesel pumps. Both the gas and diesel pumps are 24/7 with a credit card. Please contact the marina office for discounted rates on volume purchases or if you require truck delivery. We offer in-slip fueling in select slips (W20, East Main, West Main, & Long Wharf) via barge or truck. Camlock fittings are available upon request at our pumps.

Pump Out Station – Our pump out station is located at the fuel dock and is open during business hours at a $5 charge for the pump out. Please see the attendant at the fuel house.

On-Site Laundry & Laundry Service — Marina guests have 24-hour access to our laundry facilities with the access code. A wash cycle is $2 and a dry cycle is $2; cycles last 25 minutes and 45 minutes respectively. Quarters are available for exchange in the marina store. In addition, we offer full laundry service with pickup/dropoff in the marina store, through Pratt Abbott. Their services include washing, folding, drying, cleaning & bedding. In most cases, depending on the type of laundry and/or dry cleaning; items dropped off at the marina office before 8:30 A.M., will be returned by 6:00 P.M. the same day. Waste Oil – Our waste oil dispenser is available for your use during marina hours at a charge of $5 per gallon of waste oil. Please see a member of the marina staff for assistance with the oil dispenser. Do not leave pails or drums of used oil on the dock or anywhere on the property.

Showers/Restrooms – Marina guests have 24-hour access to our shower and restroom facilities with the access code. There are two full restrooms with showers and a separate restroom without a shower.

Trash/Recycling – The trash receptacle and the single-sort recycling receptacle is located inside the fenced area adjacent to the marina office. Please do not leave any trash on the docks. A dockhand will be happy to take it for you at any time during your stay.

Parking – Overnight parking for one vehicle per slip is available at our facility, however, your ticket pulled at the entrance gate must be validated in the marina store.

Faxes/Copies/Scans – Our faxes/copies/scans are available to marina guests during marina office hours. We gladly accept and send domestic faxes as well as scans at no charge to our guests. Please have documents clearly marked.

Rules & Regulations of The Marina

Check-In is after 2 pm on the day of your arrival. Check-Out is by 11:00am on the day of your departure. An additional 3 hours may be purchased for a fee depending upon availability. Please contact the marina office for more information.
Children under 12 must have a life jacket on and be accompanied by an adult at all times while on the docks. Children under 15 are not permitted to operate any vessel or small boat within marina confines.
Pets must be on a leash at all times while on DiMillo’s Property. This includes the docks, parking lot, office, fuel dock & Long Wharf. Owners are responsible for their pets and the “scooper law” is in effect at all times. Bags have been provided at the top of each ramp for cleaning up after your pet.
Grills are not permitted on the docks. You may use them on your boats.
There is no swimming or fishing within the marina.
Guests may not engage in any charter/transport activities at our marina without prior permission from management.

At any point, the marina shall not be responsible for the safety of any vessel docked in the marina, nor shall it be liable for any fire, theft, vandalism, or damage. All vessels docked in the marina are required to have proof of insurance.
Laundry shall not be hung on docks or on boats within the marina.
All garbage shall be placed in the appropriate location. Trash shall not be left on the docks. When available, staff will be happy to assist in taking your trash to the necessary location for you. Guests are asked to take advantage of our recycling facilities.
For Sale signs may not be displayed within the marina without prior permission from DiMillo’s Marina & Yacht Sales.
All tenants and guests are asked to respect each other and work together to be considerate of your neighbors within the marina and the surrounding residences. Loud noise and music must adhere to the City of Portland zoning and be quieted after 10pm.
Dock carts have been provided for our customers. Please return them to the top of the ramp when you are done using them.
All vehicles must be checked in to the marina office. DiMillo’s is not responsible for vehicles towed due to lack of registration.

Whole Foods – 2 Somerset St. Open 7 days a week from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Delivery available for all Amazon Prime members. Deliveries and/or curbside pickups are run through normal store hours and can be placed through either the Amazon website or mobile app.
Hannaford Supermarket – 295 Forest Ave. Open 7 days a week from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Maine’s traditional grocery store & pharmacy that has everything you need. They offer a curbside pickup service known as “Hannaford ToGo”, or you can have your grocery list delivered to you through DoorDash or Instacart.
Trader Joe’s – 87 Marginal Way. Open 7 days a week from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Trader Joe’s is a grocery chain with a variety of signature items, produce, dairy, and more. They also have a large wine and beer selection.
Rosemont Market & Bakery – 88 Congress St./40 Pine St. Open Monday- Saturday 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Sunday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Locally sourced markets that supply fresh ingredients and foods including premade salads and sandwiches.

Union Wharf Market – 1 Union Wharf. Open Monday- Friday 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. A specialty food grocery store that carries local foods and products including chocolates, wine and jam, along with a grab and go lunch and dinners and small home goods.
