Tom Cristoferi

I grew up on the South Shore of Massachusetts, where I spent my summers visiting my grandparents in Marshfield. Those early days by the ocean sparked a lifelong passion for boating and life on the water. In school, I focused on marine and automotive technology, which led to my first role in auto mechanics and collision repair. Over time, I built on that experience and eventually owned and operated my own auto collision repair business.

After successfully selling my business, I pursued my 100 Ton Captain’s License and joined Boston Harbor Cruises as a deckhand. Through hands-on experience, I worked my way up to Captain, further deepening my connection to the maritime industry.

In 2020, my wife and I relocated to New Hampshire, where I joined a boat company as a Service Manager in their Wolfeboro location on Lake Winnipesaukee. This role allowed me to expand my expertise on the service side of the boating industry. I am now excited to join DiMillo’s as Service Director, where I look forward to growing my knowledge and experience in ocean boating.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, especially boating during summer months. In the fall and winter, we enjoy traveling and skiing in New Hampshire’s White Mountains.
