Theresa Penn

I was born and raised on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and have always been happiest around the water.  From running jet ski tours and parasailing in Fenwick Island, to being crew on a fleet of catamarans in Key West, to captaining day charters in the U.S. and British Virgin Islands for over a decade, to living aboard a sailboat and cruising as far south as Grenada and as far north as the Chesapeake, I have spent the past 20 years on the water. I’m excited to join the DiMillo’s team and keep working in the marine industry.
