Tammy Dickinson

Born in Hawaii while my father was serving in the United States Air Force, raised along Massachusetts’ historic North Shore in Beverly, and proud to call Maine home since 2004, I bring a wealth of financial leadership experience and a lifelong passion for the waterfront lifestyle to my role as Interim Chief Financial Officer at DiMillo’s Yacht Sales. Although I became a year-round Maine resident in 2004, I have spent my summers in Maine since I was a toddler, creating a lifelong connection to the state’s coastline, lakes, and boating traditions.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degree from Bentley College (now Bentley University) and completed graduate-level studies in Finance through Harvard University. As a committed lifelong learner, I am currently pursuing the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation. Throughout my career, I have held senior financial leadership positions across a diverse range of industries, developing a reputation for strategic thinking, operational excellence, and collaborative leadership. I am also an entrepreneur and owner of a tax and accounting firm, where I’ve worked closely with businesses and individuals to help them achieve their financial goals through sound planning, compliance, and strategic guidance. However, since joining the DiMillo’s team, my role at my firm will be more passive.

Beyond my professional accomplishments, I embrace many of the pursuits that make Maine living so rewarding. I am a private pilot, certified scuba diver, avid swimmer, boating enthusiast, gardener, accomplished home cook, former marathon runner, and former equestrian. My family and I enjoy spending time at our lake house in West Newfield, where we take full advantage of Maine’s natural beauty and outdoor recreation.

Family remains at the heart of my life. I treasure time spent with my husband and our three grown children, as well as Evelyn, our beloved pure white Chihuahua, and Gertie, our rescued island pup from Puerto Rico who found her forever home in Maine.

I am honored to join the DiMillo’s team and look forward to contributing my experience, passion, and dedication to supporting the company’s continued success while serving the boating community throughout New England and beyond.
