Noelle Croce

Originally from Cape Cod, I relocated to Maine in 2012, where my connection to the yachting industry has continued to grow. Having spent much of my life on the water and around boats, I bring a deep appreciation for maritime life and craftsmanship.

After 20 years in hospitality, I made the leap into Human Resources — not because HR had a great reputation, but because I saw how much better it could be. The skills that made me successful in hospitality — empathy, communication, problem-solving, and a people-first mindset — translate directly into how I approach HR today.

I believe employee value drives organizational success, and I’m passionate about creating environments built on trust, respect, and genuine connection. My approach focuses on positive reinforcement and the understanding that small, intentional moments of appreciation can lead to big-picture growth.

I care deeply about progress, relationships, and helping people recognize their value at work. Credibility, respect, and authentic relationships are the foundation of how I lead and support others.

I’m not your typical HR professional — or as I like to say, “I’m not like a regular HR, I’m a cool HR.”
Because when you take care of people, they take care of business.
And to me, the small pieces always become the biggest part of the picture.

I am excited to be part of this team and look forward to expanding my knowledge of the industry from a new perspective!
