Mike O’Rourke

I have been a yacht sales professional for over 20 years and the past 7 with DiMillo’s Yacht Sales representing some of the finest individual yachtsman, yachts and manufactures in the industry. I enjoy advising clients making their first boat purchase or their transition to the next one, knowing that I have provided them with the best information available to make the best decisions for themselves. During my sales career, I have bought and sold boats to and from all over the globe, organizing surveys, financing, transportation and crew for delivery to their new owners.

I began my professional career working “deck” on commercial vessels in NY Harbor. I reached a “USCG Master’s License” working on, around, and under NY Harbor and her tributaries as a licensed professional mariner, commercial diver and for the motion picture industry. I also held the title of Chief Dockmaster for the City of New York for many years before coming moving forward to yacht sales.

I live with my wife and three children in the boating community of Huntington, New York and still sail our Ensign.
