Kerri Pooler

I was born and raised in Maine and grew up in a small town called Palermo. I spent my whole childhood outdoors, from sunrise to sunset! Most of those days were spent exploring the woods, boating and swimming out on the lake, and fishing in a creek, all of which I still love to do today.

My first job was raking our notorious Maine blueberries during the summer. During high school, I worked for my uncle at his restaurant until I graduated and joined the workforce. After a few years of working, I made the decision to stay home to raise my kids and attend college through online courses. After graduating from Southern New Hampshire University with an associates degree in business administration, I began working for the State of Maine and continued to work there until I decided I needed a change and was ready for a brand-new adventure. I believe my passion and love for the outdoors, and the desire to always be willing to learn something new, are what drew me to DiMillo’s. In my current role as the administrative assistant, I’m able to work closely with the teams in Maine, New York, and Maryland, and I have the opportunity to work with everyone in each of our different departments.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family. We enjoy everything from camping and hunting to lazy evenings on the couch watching our favorite shows. We also enjoy spending time with our many pets – 15 in total! In my free time, I like to read, cook, and travel to new locations—whether it’s a new state or just a new restaurant down the street.
