Jeff Mathias

Jeff moved to Tilghman Island, Maryland and entered the marine industry soon after graduating from Belhaven College in Jackson, Mississippi. He married his wife Susan in 1999 and together, they raised two sons here on the Shore. During that time, he passed nearly 100,000 NM under the keel, operating crew, survey, and charter vessels as well as delivering yachts along the Eastern Seaboard. He possesses a background in management of marine resources and personnel including his time with Maryland Environmental Service on a billion dollar+ environmental restoration site.

Jeff oversees Mathias Marine, LLC, a thriving commercial dive business operated by his sons in the Mid-Bay region. However, his main focus now is growing with Dimillo’s as a Marine Service Tech at DiMillo’s on the Chesapeake East.

Jeff joined DiMillo’s in 2023.
