Frederick Herrmann

I grew up in Fairhaven, Maryland, where my love for the Chesapeake Bay and surrounding areas began.

After graduating from the University of Maryland, I moved to Washington, D.C., to begin a career in the hospitality industry. I served as an executive for over twenty years.

Covid brought about a change in the hospitality industry and an opportunity to return to Southern Maryland. At that point, I decided to pivot to the thriving local marine industry.

It’s great to be back in Maryland pursuing a new career! My wife and I enjoy weekends cruising the Chesapeake, exploring the small towns along the coastline, and hanging out with our son.
