Cody O'Dell

I grew up in Maryland and was always close to the water. Whether in Davidsonville, Annapolis, Edgewater, or later in Fort Lauderdale. Being around boats started early for me, working hands-on with detailing yachts in high school, and it quickly became more than just a job. It turned into something I genuinely care about.

After finishing school, I moved to Fort Lauderdale and started my own boat detailing company while my wife continued her education. That time really shaped me, teaching me what clients truly value, how much the small details matter, and the importance of taking pride in every job I put my name on.

After my wife finished school, we left Florida and moved back to Maryland. I ended up working with a busy service team in Annapolis handling service writing, managing client relationships, and making sure every customer had a smooth, hassle-free experience.

Joining DiMillo’s has been a natural next step for me. It’s given me the opportunity to build on my experience while continuing to grow, and to be part of a team that values quality, relationships, and the overall experience just as much as I do. I take a lot of pride in delivering a high level of service and building lasting connections with clients who share a passion for being on the water.
