Brett Starke

Brett’s been on the water from a very young age, having begun the journey of gaining his love and passion for the water when sailing on a lake in Pennsylvania when he was less than a year old. He moved to Maryland at age ten after living aboard a Sabre 38 with his family for a nine-month cruise to the Bahamas.

Having experienced multiple facets of the marine industry over the years, he is familiar with a variety of vessels both sail & power. He has been in the new and brokerage sales industry for many years, a delivery captain, a ferry captain, and yacht charter fleet manager among other positions in marine fields. Brett is a yacht broker based in our West River, Maryland location at DiMillo’s on the Chesapeake West.

During his free time, you will find Brett enjoying some time on the water with family and friends. On occasion, you may also find him tackling the apexes on the racetrack, or under the hood working on his latest project.
