Situated on the Connecticut River with direct access to Long Island Sound, Old Lyme is centrally located between Boston and New York and approximately ten nautical miles from Long Island’s North Fork. The location will operate as a full-service DiMillo’s Yacht Sales facility, providing new yacht sales, brokerage, service, and marina amenities. The property includes a travel lift, heated indoor and outdoor storage, and a full-time service team dedicated to yacht maintenance and repair. Additional marina features include a protected harbor, deep-water access, dockage for vessels up to 60 feet, moorings, and launch services.
