Job Description:
This position at DiMillo’s Yacht Sales calls for a highly motivated, adaptable individual who can efficiently manage multiple tasks while upholding high standards of productivity and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate marina launch vessels
- Transport customers to and from moored boats in a timely and courteous manner
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, ensuring safety at all times
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of launch vessels, including fuel checks, cleanliness, and safety equipment readiness
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of marina restrooms
- Monitor parking areas to ensure safety, organization, and proper use
- Oversee the dinghy ramp area to maintain safe access and assist users as needed
- Adhere to all marina policies and maritime safety regulations
- Additional duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to life 50 lbs. or more repeatedly throughout the day
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to bend, climb, crouch, and work in confined spaces safely
