Pete Dierks serves as the Marina Manager and Yacht Broker at our Oxford, Maryland location. He became the charter member of the DiMillo’s on the Chesapeake East Crew in 2019, bringing with him a wealth of experience from a successful three-decade career in the Marine Industry. Having embraced life on Maryland’s Eastern Shore for over 12 years, Pete and his wife enjoy immersing themselves in the natural beauty of the Chesapeake Bay and find joy in the company of their three adult sons, relishing moments when they can join in. He says he’s fortunate to collaborate closely with his middle son, Ryan, who holds a key role as a co-service manager at DiMillo’s on the Chesapeake West. Ryan’s positive experiences played a pivotal role in influencing Pete’s decision to join the DiMillo’s Crew. We’re so glad that Pete chose to come aboard!
