Employee Spotlight: Lisa Hines

Meet Lisa Hines, Office Manager and Co-Service Manager at DiMillo’s on the Chesapeake West, in West River, Maryland. Lisa came to DiMillo’s in 2018 and has played a primary role in delivering the DiMillo’s Experience in West River. Here’s a bit about Lisa, straight from her:

I was born and raised in Maryland in a small town on the Chesapeake Bay. The bay has almost always been the central figure in my recreational and professional life. Through high school and college I spent summers working at a local marina. After graduating from Salisbury University with a degree in International Studies, unsure of what to do next, I began working at a physical therapy office in Annapolis. While it was a great place to work, I knew it wasn’t where I saw my future. So, when the opportunity to join the DiMillo’s team here in West River presented itself, I jumped on it! Having spent my life on and around the bay, I am excited to now be spending my 9-5 as a part of the boating community. When I’m not at the office, I enjoy spending as much time outside as possible usually on the beach, kayaking, or playing with my dog Baloo.
