Today’s employee spotlight highlights Lane Dearing. Lane is the parts coordinator for our Service Team and he is a crucial member of the team’s logistics and operations. Lane has been in this role since 2020, however, has been part of DiMillo’s for a number of years prior as a dockhand at the marina. As a dockhand, Lane came to the realization that he had an affinity for the yachting industry and wanted to pursue more within the field. While studying business administration in school, Lane remained a dockhand and developed long-standing relationships with marina tenants. When the opportunity presented itself to step into the parts coordinator role, he was there for it. Outside of the office, Lane enjoys spending time outdoors whether it’s being on the ocean in the summer or skiing in the winter.
