Cliff Manlapaz joined the DiMillo’s family in 2025. He is the lead technician in our West River Service Department.
Raised in Annapolis, Cliff’s connection to the Chesapeake Bay started early and still runs deep. From wake surfing and sailing to crabbing and rafting, life on the water has always been second nature for him.
With over seven years in the marine industry as a service technician, he brings hands-on expertise across all aspects of boating, specializing in yacht systems. When he’s not at the yard, you’ll find him with his family, sailing the West River, or heading to the Outer Banks – his favorite escape.
