Throughout the year, the sales team has bi-weekly conference calls and the service teams have weekly conference calls, but getting the entire team together usually only happens once a year. During our annual company meeting Chris DiMillo takes the time to provide an overview of financials, what the past, present, and future may look like for the company, and gives the team a chance to ask him questions. In addition to Chris speaking with the team, we go over various topics and reflect on the year we’ve had. The meeting is also a great time to recognize team members’ years of service with the company along with a few individuals who went above and beyond. This year Maine yacht broker, Peter Ouellette, took home the Top Gun Sales Award for being the top selling broker this year. West River, Maryland service technician, Mike Morais won the MacGyver Service Award and the West River service team jointly won the Ambassador Award. Although we wish we could have been together in person, having the time to gather to discuss matters openly helps us connect and work better as a team! Thank you for a great 2022, Team DiMillo’s!
