Siarra was nominated for her willingness to perform certain jobs that others on her team could not due to space restrictions. These tasks were outside of her job description, however, she executed them professionally, accurately, and without hesitation.
There are four separate boats where Siarra displayed a similar feat, but perhaps the best example is on a Sabre 42 Salon Express. The trim tabs needed to be moved in order to install the new Freedom Lift. She was the person on the inside of the engine room, behind the generator, at the transom with a fiberglass grinder in hand, making this job happen. Anyone who has grinded fiberglass knows this is not a favorite job for anyone, but because of Siarra’s willingness to help, she made the entire job come together.
In addition to her outstanding demonstration of teamwork, Siarra has always made it a point to walk the salesperson through a boat at various stages of the delivery process, pointing out what has been done, what needs to be done, and explaining the work clearly and professionally. If something was missed, she jumps right in to ensure we deliver the best experience to our clients!
