Back Cove Yacht’s Story

Back Cove Yachts, the sister company to Sabre Yachts, are known for their timeless design and high-quality build. Built in Rockland, Maine, these boats have distinguished themselves from other manufacturers by being reliable and seaworthy. Back Cove Yachts was founded in 2003 when a group of Sabre dealers requested a smaller downeast-style cruising boat. They wanted the boat to have the feel of a Maine lobster boat, yet have the dependability of a cruising vessel. Shortly after the founding of the company, the Back Cove 29 was launched. The Back Cove 29 is a remarkable vessel and has been closely associated with Maine’s boating experience. Today, Back Cove Yachts can be found roaming waters all around the world.
