This is a summer time twist on the well known Moscow Mule based around Kombucha. The fermented Ginger Kombucha in this cocktail makes for a refreshing and zesty drink. Make 4 servings by mixing 1 cup of Ginger Kombucha, 1-1/5 cups of Ginger Beer, 1 cup of fresh squeezed orange juice, 3/4 cup of vodka and 1/2 cup of fresh lime juice. Garnish with orange slices and lime wedges and enjoy!
