Ryan Dierks joined DiMillo’s in 2016, bringing with him a deep-rooted passion for boating and a solid foundation in marine craftsmanship. As a USCG Master Captain and an ABYC Master Technician certified in Systems, Electrical, and Diesel, Ryan blends technical expertise with hands-on experience. Here’s a bit about Ryan, from his perspective:
“Spending the first 10 years of my life in West Palm Beach, Florida sparked my passion for being on the water. I was lucky enough to take several trips up and down the ICW with my dad who was a captain at the time. In 2001, the family moved to Kansas and ironically stayed in the boating industry. Working at a Runabout manufacturer, my father was able to help me grasp the fundamentals of boatbuilding as a teen. After earning an associate’s degree in business administration and relocating to Maryland, I decided it was time to enter the industry that I knew was in my blood as a professional.
I’ve been with DiMillo’s since 2015 and am grateful for the opportunity to continue to grow with the company. I hold a Master Captains License and ABYC Master Technician Certification.
Outside of work, I enjoy home improvement projects, restoring a boat in the garage, and spending time with my wife and 2 dogs.”
