Summer begins next week, and with it will come one of the best ways to enjoy time on the water, fishing. Whether it’s casting lines at sunrise or swapping stories over the sound of lapping waves, fishing is a timeless tradition that brings generations together.
In the spirit of Flashback Friday – and just in time for Father’s Day this Sunday – we’re revisiting a special moment from last June: a father-son fishing trip shared by Glen Cove broker Andrew Cousins and his dad. Check it out again:
“ Our Glen Cove Broker, Andrew Cousins, recently located and sold this 2020 Parker to his Dad, Paul, and decided it was time for a father/son trip out on the Casco Bay. After fueling up at DiMillo’s in Portland, Andrew set off with his dad and stepmom, Paddy, for a “three hour tour” that turned into an 11 hour fishing competition. Paul proudly caught a 28″ striped bass while Andrew won bragging rights for his 35″ catch. There is sure to be a rematch later in the season!”
