Dave Gaddis

I grew up in West Hartford, CT. Since childhood, my family has been vacationing in Brunswick, Maine, where I was introduced to the water. I learned about rowing, sailing, and powerboating at a young age and loved it. At the end of the summer in 2004, I decided not to return to CT but made Maine my new home. Initially, I began to work for a small local detail company at various boatyards around the Brunswick area. I really enjoyed the work however, I longed for a non-seasonal position. The opportunity arose and I made the move to Brewer South Freeport Marine as the head detailer, shrink wrapper, and boat mover for over six years. During that time, I married my amazing wife and we welcomed two boys to our family. In the spring of 2013, the opportunity to work for DiMillo’s Yacht Sales came about and I was excited to work on the absolutely stunning Sabre and Back Cove Yachts. I take great pride and enjoy handing these fine vessels over to their new owners making sure they are pristine for their delivery. At DiMillo’s, I also have the opportunity to work on our trade boats as well as various brokerage boats. My job, on any pre-owned vessel, is making them look as good as new, and I take that seriously! I look forward to working with the DiMillo’s Service team to provide all of our customers with the highest quality of service.
