Troy Kellner

Growing up on the Western Shore of Maryland, I’ve always had brackish water in my veins. From fishing and crabbing, to boating and relaxing by the Chesapeake Bay, I’ve felt at home near the water. Three years ago, I embarked on my career in the marine industry as a dockhand and quickly realized I was hooked. I explored various departments to find where I fit best and realized that there wasn’t a single aspect of the job I didn’t enjoy – I’d found my forever career. From day one, the marina became my second home. When I’m not at work, I cherish time with my family and stay active by playing sports, a passion of mine since childhood.
