It is officially fall, so we are seeing pumpkin spice “everything” out there. With the addition of some pumpkin puree and cinnamon, you can turn a basic chocolate chip cookie recipe into the perfect autumn dessert.
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
Whisk together 2 cups of white sugar, 1 cup of vegetable oil, 2 large eggs, 2 tablespoons of milk and 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, combine 4 cups of flour, 4 teaspoons of baking powder, 2 teaspoons of baking soda, 2 teaspoons of cinnamon and 1 teaspoon of salt.
Gradually add the flour mixture into the pumpkin mixture and stir.
Stir 2 cups of chocolate chips into dough.
Drop spoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart onto greased baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes and enjoy!
