Robbie LaGuardia

I’m excited to be joining the DiMillo’s team after serving for six years as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy as an Officer of the Deck onboard a guided-missile cruiser and destroyer.

Growing up between Martha’s Vineyard in the summers and the Outer Banks of North Carolina, I have always loved being on the water. I took summer jobs running launch boats and race committees for the local yacht club and diving to clean boat bottoms at the marina. The United States Naval Academy in Annapolis helped keep a little salt on my shoes during college. I spent those four years as a member and skipper on the Varsity Offshore Sailing Team where I participated in the NYYC Race Week in Newport, the Around Long Island Race, Annapolis to Newport, Marblehead to Halifax Race, and Marion to Bermuda celestial navigation race. A commission as a Surface Warfare Officer was the clear choice after graduation, which sent me around the world on two deployments. Now with DiMillo’s, I’m excited to bring my experience on the water to new and seasoned boat owners to help foster and celebrate a passion for the sea.

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time golfing, surfing, and skiing.
