"BEL CANTO" is an excellent cruising ketch that will take you any where you desire, be it in the Chesapeake Bay or Burmuda, or Bahamas etc. Pearson built a very capable cruising vessel with an optimal under body with cutaway fore foot, extended keel and skegged ruddar. She has a rebuilt Yanmar 62HP engine which is 9 HP bigger than the original. There is room for 6 to cruise in comfort with room to spare. The roller fuling main and jib make it easy to shorten sail if weather becomes an issue.
