Because she stems from "one-off" style construction above the hull, the owner/builder were able to specify some unique criteria such as both port and starboard sliding doors enabling access to the decks from the helm seat as well as the mate's seat, ample storage lockers, and strategically located lazarettes. Every aspect of the boat, from systems to the Captain's Choice Crusader power plant, were considerations based on simplicity and functionality.
